Please note that we are only able to ship within Canada and the USA (for now!).

Why should I choose reware over a fast fashion site?

By way of your Inspo Drop*, you will inevitably put thought into your order with us & reflect honestly on how you want to express your style. It’s harder to hear your own authentic opinions when you’re browsing through endless, loud, cheap, trending items online, or looking at beautifully styled seasonal displays! A slower, mindful shopping experience means you end up with items you love authentically and feel confident wearing beyond the life of a trend-cycle.

If you need even more convincing, remember that by purchasing items sourced second-hand, you're giving new life to clothes still full of potential, and thereby contributing to a more sustainable future. *What does the Inspo Drop look like?

It’s a simple online form! You will describe to us the “vibe” of what you're looking for, link Pinterest boards, Google Drive files, your socials… whatever you want to share to communicate what type of items you're looking for!

The more information we get from you, the better. You’ll be prompted to include sizing, detailed descriptions about what you like, i.e. particular items, silhouettes, fits, and colours you prefer (or want to avoid!). It all helps us tailor your bundle to your preferences.

I’m looking for something really specific, can reware do that?

Our bundle options are not meant to recreate or deliver you the exact items in your Inspo Drop (though it occasionally happens!), so please remember that we are finding you items that would fit seamlessly into the vibe and style of your Inspo Drop.

We do occasionally take commissions to search for specific pieces, so please reach out to ask!

Can I create and place an order as a gift?

Absolutely! A style bundle is such a fun way to give a personalized gift. Please make sure you know their most accurate sizing possible. If you are planning a surprise and you’re worried about getting it perfectly right, give us a range of your best estimates. Our styling expertise includes visualizing how items will fit, and we are confident in our ability to source versatile pieces for anyone.

How long will my order take?

Once your Inspo Drop has been received and confirmed, your turnaround time will depend on your order and location. Bigger bundles, and searching for specific items may take longer. We are based in the Greater Vancouver area (British Columbia), and your proximity to us will also impact shipping time.

We estimate an average shopping window of two weeks, and a delivery time of one week.

Why is the Inspo Drop unavailable on your site?

This is to control the amount of bundles we take on at a time, ensuring that those we are currently shopping for get our utmost attention and care. We LOVE that small businesses can afford to be a bit more personal with their customers, and to us, that means you are in touch with us directly from the very start!

I’m worried my items won’t fit… how does reware ensure accurate sizing?

In your order, you will include your personal measurements and any other sizing preferences you want to share. Take a browse through your closet and consider what your typical top and bottom sizing is, and also what type of fit you prefer. If you notice that certain softer fabrics are often one size, or stiffer fabrics are another, please feel welcome to note this - there is no such thing as overdoing it in your Inspo Drop!

What is the average value of an order versus what I paid?

We believe that the value of an item is dependent on how long it lasts, and how much it is enjoyed, not how much it originally cost. Well-made, quality items are our priority, and we inspect the items for flaws and general manufacturing quality. We have no desire to send you poorly-made or quickly-deteriorating items!
